Every full exam includes screenings for ocular pathology such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration and other problems of the retina. If you have a serious medical issue requiring surgery, we have extensive knowledge of surgical ophthalmic specialists in the area. To ensure that your problem is addressed properly, we are able to make an appropriate and quick referral. We co-manage many surgeries with local surgeons. If you are interested in refractive surgery, such as LASIK, we provide pre- and post-op services, as well as directing you to the surgeon that's right for you. Cohn and Reiniger believe that nothing is more important than your
eyesight. That's why we feature state of the art diagnostic
equipment and keep up to date on the latest treatments to keep your
eyes healthy. We have a Heidelberg Retinal Tomograph (for optic
nerve analysis), a Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer (evaluates
completeness of central and peripheral vision) and Sonogage
Pachymeter (measures corneal thickness) all on site.
